1. PROMOTE: Use Facebook and other social methods to spread the word about INDYenableus500. we need wheelchair racers, product sponsors and spectators. create team pages and link them to INDYenableus500.

2. SPONSOR: Ask local companies to donate funds, products and volunteer for the event. We can help pass out samples and pamphlets faster than anyone!

3. ADVERTISE: use donated funds to buy t-shirts, vinyl wrap, bumper stickers, led light strips, with sponsor logos & contact info phone# or website. Pass out free samples and gift cards with racing schedule info.

4. RECRUIT RACERS: Build at least two teams of 3+ power electric wheelchair racers each. The more the merrier! Cover them and their rides with sponsored products & advertising! don't forget protective gear!

5. SCHEDULE: Agree on a time that's doable for the team AND their support group, fans, etc. post calendar of events online

6. LOCATION: Find a common local large empty parking lot, indoor basketball court or possibly a go-kart track! Ask for free track time during slow periods or Use funds for track rental.

7. SALES: have volunteers Set up booths and tables with chairs for attending sponsors and their products in a location that is easily accessible and away from wind, noise, crowd. Engage in conversation about your sponsors services & products often and with a smile :)

8. TRACK: have volunteers Lay out orange cones or other obstacles to make a challenging course taking safety into consideration first! Make it difficult but achievable of course.

9. RACE & SCORE: Use apps like stopwatches, Strava & TrackAddict to keep record of laps, times, distances, etc. Use AutoTones app and bluetooth speakers for realistic racing sound fx!

10. AWARD: Give sponsor donated prizes to winning team and/or 1st 2nd 3rd individual winners and then everyone meet for dinner at your team sponsored local restaurant, nightclub or church! Take pics n vids!

Repeat these steps on a regular basis for best results, weekly, monthly, seasonal depending on location, interest, weather, etc.

* a small fee will be charged to each racing division for all INDYenableus500 advertising products and licenses. however, you keep the proceeds to support your teams.

* we administer everything else from yearly membership fees, advertising, insurance, warranty, newsletter, website, legal fees, etc.
