Join us for the first annual Catch the Lucky Leprechaun Electric Wheelchair Treasure Hunt! This all-inclusive event is designed for individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
During the treasure hunt, participants will navigate through a fun and challenging obstacle course while searching for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The event is completely free, and all participants will receive a small prize.
Safety is our top priority. Bring your Helmets and safety gear. volunteers will be on hand to assist with the course.

Building the "Catch the Lucky Leprechaun" Electric Wheelchair Treasure Hunt Course
Materials Needed:
Balloons (pack of 100): $10
Streamers (roll of 50 feet): $5
Cardboard boxes (pack of 10): $15
Glue (bottle): $3
Scissors (pair): $5
Tape (roll): $3
String or twine (roll of 50 feet): $4
Marking cones (pack of 12): $10 (optional)
Total Cost: $55 (without marking cones), $65 (with marking cones)
Instructions:
Determine the layout of the course and mark it out using cones or by tying string or twine between trees or poles.
Create the start and finish line using streamers or balloons tied to trees or poles.
Construct the pot of gold using a cardboard box. Cut out a large circle from the top of the box and cover it with gold streamers or balloons to make it look like a pot of gold.
Create the rainbow by tying balloons to a string or twine and bending it into an arch shape. Attach the ends of the string to cardboard boxes to keep the rainbow in place.
Place the pot of gold and rainbow at different locations throughout the course.
Use streamers and balloons to mark the pathway throughout the course, creating an obstacle course-like setup.
Ensure that the course is safe by checking for any sharp objects or hazards along the way.
Take pictures of the finished course and post them on social media to promote the event.
Note: Make sure to clean up after the event to avoid littering the park or causing harm to the environment.

Objective:
Find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow before the leprechaun does!
Players:
This game is designed for electric wheelchair users, but can be modified for manual wheelchairs or other mobility devices. All ages are welcome to play.
Gameplay:
Create a course using the procedure list provided, with the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
The game starts with the leprechaun leaving the pot of gold and running away from the starting line.
The electric wheelchair users then take off from the starting line in pursuit of the leprechaun.
The leprechaun will try to make it to the pot of gold before the electric wheelchair users can catch him.
The electric wheelchair users must navigate through the course, trying to catch the leprechaun before he reaches the pot of gold.
If an electric wheelchair user tags the leprechaun before he reaches the pot of gold, they win the game.
If the leprechaun reaches the pot of gold before an electric wheelchair user can tag him, he wins the game.
Rules:
Safety is the top priority. All participants must follow the safety restrictions listed on the event poster.
All players must start from the same starting line.
Electric wheelchair users must stay on the designated course and cannot leave it.
No intentional contact is allowed between players.
If the leprechaun is tagged by an electric wheelchair user, he must return to the starting line and start over again.
If the electric wheelchair users cannot catch the leprechaun before he reaches the pot of gold, they must return to the starting line and start over again.
Only one person at a time is allowed to attempt to catch the leprechaun.
The pot of gold must remain in place throughout the game.
The game will end once a player successfully catches the leprechaun or the leprechaun successfully reaches the pot of gold.
